It was an honour and privilege for Malembo Farm Company Limited, under the leadership of our Managing Director, Mr. Malembo Lucas, to facilitate the TRA (ICT) Department Retreat focused on Team Building in Morogoro.
This impactful session brought together over 350 participants, the majority of whom were young professionals, and focused on strengthening collaboration, enhancing performance, and building a high-performing team ready to deliver excellence.
