Sustainable agribusiness through Malembo Farm Company Limited
Malembo Farm, founded by me in 2015, focuses on modern climate-smart technologies such as greenhouses, drip irrigation, hydroponics and aquaculture. Cultural and educational programmes like Ugali
Ugali Elimu is my unique programme that combines traditional cultural meals (red-millet-ugali with nutrient-rich vegetables, mboga-saba, leadership, agribusiness and community multi-dimensional issues, deep discussions, Q&A) every Saturday– food for the body and soul. Knowledge transfer and training through Malembo Farm Academy
Malembo Farm Academy delivers practical, hands-on training in sustainable farming, value addition, aquaponics, poultry, rabbit rearing, and market strategies. As founder, I started with school youth and now empower the next generation of African farmers through classes, field visits and skills that make them independent and impactful.

2026 IVLP Knowledge Transfer Sessions
As a 2025 IVLP Alumnus (US Department of State program on Resilient Agriculture and Food Security), I will launch knowledge transfer sessions in 2026 to share global best practices in climate-smart farming, food security, and innovation with Tanzanian farmers. This extends my mission of bringing sustainable development and community empowerment through international knowledge. Coming up: Youth and women Agribusiness Forum 2026
The Youth and Women Agribusiness Forum 2026 is my event bringing together young people, women leaders, entrepreneurs and policymakers for dialogues, workshops and networking on sustainable agriculture, market access and empowerment. The goal: to transform Africa’s agribusiness landscape by giving them voice, tools and opportunities to lead and thrive. Online teaching (remote internship), mentorship, and community empowerment projects
Through online teaching, remote internships and mentorship programmes, I provide access to agribusiness knowledge, leadership development, and personal growth for youth and aspiring farmers regardless of location. These initiatives combine virtual classes, one-on-one coaching, and community projects to equip people with tools for purposeful living, resilience and meaningful contribution. TANZANIA YOUTH AGRIBUSINESS FORUM
This was meant to empower the regional youth dialogue on policies, opportunities such as those in AfCTA (a continental free trade forum), finding solutions on agri-challenges, participating in exhibitions and trade fairs, be they local or foreign ones. It was an annual platform bringing young people within the region for agri-development currently and the future which was looked forward into.
MF Band
I was born musical and I believed in its enormous power and hence dreamt on; “Amplifying Agribusiness Through Music and Culture!” MF BAND was the artistic heartbeat of Malembo Farm, a trailblazing Agribusiness Development and Consulting firm transforming agriculture across Africa. As part of the Malembo Farm family. The very Vision was to harmonize agribusiness and the arts by creating powerful musical experiences that educate, uplift, and unite communities across the continent.
MF AWARDS
Founded as part of recognising and accepting the work done in the value chain of agriculture by heroes and heroines as young people, intellectuals and even decision makers as they had taken initiatives in advancing the development and transformations in the agri-industry. It was a motivation to create more energy for more insights and foresights for the same.
MF LIVESTOCK
This was another dream on livestock being part in agriculture. MF LIVESTOCK is the agricultural backbone of Malembo Farm’s development mission; a forward-thinking initiative committed to transforming livestock farming into a catalyst for food security, economic growth, and rural empowerment across Africa. As a core branch of the MF ecosystem, MF LIVESTOCK aimed at blending tradition, technology, and community values in building resilient food systems for well founded livelihoods.
MALEMBO FARM JOGGING CLUB
A Jogging Club (MFJC) was another tought that sought to seek in a vibrant extension of the Malembo Farm Group; MFJC blends wellness, community engagement, and agribusiness advocacy, promoting healthy lifestyles while championing sustainable agricultural development through a healthy living; turning agriculture into a profitable, and within the sustainable lifestyle.
MF ICE CREAM
MF ICE CREAM was a deliciously innovative extension of Malembo Farm, a leading Agribusiness Development and Consulting firm transforming agriculture across region’s cities. I was of the view to blending agribusiness excellence with culinary creativity; producing high-quality, locally sourced ice cream that celebrated African flavours and empowered communities. It was to transform agri-food innovation by transforming fresh farm ingredients into irresistible ice cream products that nourish communities and create sustainable livelihoods.
MF Grocery
At the very beginning with an idea, this initiative focused in calling upon partners and investors simultaneously, to invest in. It was to render fresh foods and vegetables 24 hours non-stop. Those organic and those not; given plenty opportunities in these grocery ventures, (we call upon investors to join hands in capitalising for mutual benefits).
MF FOUNDATION
It was my thought just to dedicate an organisation in advancing agribusiness as a powerful engine for employment and sustainable development across Africa. It recognised agriculture’s potential to uplift lives and economies, launched a platform to develop and consult on agribusiness ventures that serve both local and continental needs. Its vision was to have agribusiness enterprises that nourish regional and continental communities and create sustainable livelihoods.
MF FISH FARM
Believing on sustainable aquaculture, innovation and Community empowerment, just to establish a FISH FARM through cages mainly in Lake Victoria as an exemplary hub for the whole region of East and Central Africa; an initiative dedicated to transforming fish farming into a driver of food security, economic opportunity, and rural advancement for the word market.
MF RECREATION
With an idea on appreciating nature in botany, this was started to revitalising communities through wellness, culture, creative expression, relaxing, leisure and fun. Born from Malembo Farm since 2015, it was established with the vision to be Africa’s leading wellness and creative lifestyle brand; cultivating joy, enjoy botanical nature, resilience and unity through recreation and cultural expression.
