Staple Grains and Legumes Trade Mentorship and Coaching Program involves a mix of curated guided models towards improving the skills and practical knowledge on trading operations for staple grains and legumes. The timetable is based on the agreement between set of activities and roles.

Program Value:

  • Comprehensive coverage of staple grains and legumes trade value chains: maize, rice/paddy, beans, wheat, sorghum, and other pulses, including buying during harvest seasons, safe storage, market analysis, pricing strategies, and risk management.
  • Practical modules with real-life case studies (e.g., buying from farms in July/August and selling in October/December for profit), networking opportunities with large-scale buyers, processors, and financial institutions, plus connections to clients and investors.
  • Flexible online and in-person sessions to build entrepreneurial skills for efficient buying, selling, reservation, profitability, and sustainable trading practices in the grains and legumes sector.

That cost is tentative/ a survey for cereals sources to buy from, the survey or monitoring will take only one month, the cost charged  is not part of other costs to be incurred for tansport ,  food and boarding (all time when on site).

More consulltation will include among others,  the  full picture of developments in short and long term strategies, risk management at a medium level, simulation of the EAC, consultation on bulk reservation at  a large scale. It will enatil the workshop to take 23 hours or have two study tours on site viisiting and a one month follow-up. Thsi will be effected after signing the agreement between parties and as the transaction will commence.
