Malembo Farm, founded by me in 2015, focuses on modern climate-smart technologies such as greenhouses, drip irrigation, hydroponics and aquaculture. Cultural and educational programmes like Ugali

Knowledge transfer and training through Malembo Farm Academy
Malembo Farm Academy delivers practical, hands-on training in sustainable farming, value addition, aquaponics, poultry, rabbit rearing, and market strategies. As founder, I started with school youth and now empower the next generation of African farmers through classes, field visits and skills that make them independent and impactful.Â

Upcoming initiatives such as IVLP Knowledge Transfer Sessions
As a 2025 IVLP Alumnus (US Department of State program on Resilient Agriculture and Food Security), I will launch knowledge transfer sessions in 2026 to share global best practices in climate-smart farming, food security, and innovation with Tanzanian farmers. Coming up: Youth and women Agribusiness Forum 2026
The Youth and Women Agribusiness Forum 2026 is my event bringing together young people, women leaders, entrepreneurs and policymakers for dialogues, workshops and networking on sustainable agriculture, market access and empowerment. Online teaching (remote internship), mentorship, and community empowerment projects
Through online teaching, remote internships and mentorship programmes, I provide access to agribusiness knowledge, leadership development, and personal growth for youth and aspiring farmers regardless of location.
