General Agribusiness Consulting Program, involves a mix of curated guided models towards improving the skills and practical knowledge on providing comprehensive consulting services in the agribusiness sector. The timetable is based on the agreement between set of activities and roles.

Program Value:

• Comprehensive coverage of agribusiness consulting value chains: business planning, feasibility studies, market research, financial modeling, operational optimization, risk assessment, sustainability strategies, and regulatory compliance across sub-sectors like crop production, livestock, agro-processing, supply chain management, and export facilitation.
• Practical modules with real-life case studies (e.g., developing turnaround strategies for underperforming farms, advising on value addition for smallholder cooperatives, or conducting due diligence for agribusiness investments), networking opportunities with consultants, industry experts, government agencies, and private sector stakeholders, plus connections to clients, investors, and funding sources.
• Flexible online and in-person sessions to build entrepreneurial and advisory skills for delivering high-impact consultations, driving business growth, enhancing profitability, and promoting sustainable agribusiness practices.

General Agribusiness Consulting	Physical and online Strategic advice on value chains:    -horticulture, -cereals,  -tubers,  -legumes,  -spices,  -livestock,  -dairy,  -beef,  -ovine -piggery -poultry -caprine,  -fisheries. -blue economy -marketing -greenhouses -agricultural inputs	TZS 250,000 / USD 100 per hour (office); weekly days from 9:00 to 17 hrs (EAT).   TZS 300,000 / USD 120 per hour (office) Weekends 10:00 to 1500hrs (EAT).	–                  TZS 500,000 / USD 200 per hour; that amount includes transport/per diem (offsite/office)    –                  Groups of 5+, (is 15% discount of TZS 500,000/USD 200) = TZS 425,000 / USD 170 per hour for that amount includes transport/per diem (offsite/office)      -Annual contracts will be discussed. Parties shall sign a Service Agreement; prepared and witnessed by Malembo Lucas legal counsel.

Payment Terms:

80% deposit upfront, 20% upon completion..
