Lucas is an expert in training, mentorship, coaching, and liaison services for local and international clients. He has participated in dialogues on agribusiness through various live and media programs, including international outlets such as BBC, Deutsche Welle (DW), CGTN Africa, Voice of America (VOA), Habari za UN, and local media houses. Panelist – UNECA Youth Side Event 2025 (African Continental Free Trade Area – AfCFTA). He works closely with government bodies, the international community, researchers, academics, religious leaders, and diplomats in the field of agribusiness. Active Member – UONGOZI Resources Centre | African Leadership Institute. Member – Agricultural Economic Society Tanzania (AGREST) & Tanzania Environmental Experts Association (TEEA). Member – Dar es Salaam Yacht Club | Dar es Salaam Gymkhana Club. He is a champion of SDG #2 with strong support for women and youth in agribusiness. Top 100 Tanzanian Changemakers 2023.

Agribusiness Training Program involves a mix of curated guided models towards improving the skills and practical knowledge on comprehensive agribusiness training.
